offices, the guest suites or the living quarters for visiting staff and
brothers. Dependent on the wing of the building, the second floor is notably
more divided and private than the first.

Presidential Guest Suite
The most impressive of the six guest rooms, at approximately
600 square feet, with a private bath, walk-in closet, and a glorious bay window facing the
lawn and woods, the Presidential Suite is designed to make you feel at home.
Junior Guest Suites
Five smaller guest suites will be redone in
a period style, but updated to provide comfort and luxury. Large bay
windows are the focal point, with adjoining baths featuring amazing
copper walk-in surround shower spas, circa 1922. Period furnishings, wall
and window treatments and oriental rugs will complete these spaces.
Fraternity Wing
The Fraternity's executive staff offices reside on the second floor
of the north wing. Decorated in a period style using antiques from the
Heritage Hall collection, rich oriental rugs and original decorative
crown molding, the second floor houses the reception area and offices
of the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director and the Director
of Chapter Services.
Executive Office
The office of the Executive Director enjoys rich wood floors, a
large fireplace and decorative plaster crown molding. The furnishings
reflect an executive suite from the early 1900s. Fine artwork and an
oriental rug provide quality accents and historical pieces to recognize
past executives.
Junior Board Room
The junior board/meeting room is located at the entrance to the second
floor north wing. With a concrete fireplace and walk out terrace access,
the space is perfect for board meetings and breakout training sessions.
A board table and chairs, wall mounted dry erase board, Internet access
and conferencing phone make this space very versatile.
Reception Area
The Fraternity reception area is created from the original master
bedroom. A large, airy space with fireplace and fine wood floors is complimented
by period furniture and a large oriental rug. The room provides a conversation
area for up to six. The walls are hung with historic photos, plaques
and artwork.
Consultant Suite
The Fraternity's Consultants are
on the road eight months of the year. When they're in town, they have
apartment space at Laurel Hall. The suite includes a living
room and three bedrooms with adjoining baths.
Director's Office
The natural hardwood floors and period furnishings create an inviting
atmosphere. The office space is trimmed with historical memorabilia.
